All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. 

Shipments or deliveries do not occur on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders there may be delays. We will communicate these changes on our social media linked on our website.

Isabella Ardell is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Isabella Ardell is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We do ship internationally due to artists involved with Ardell Magazine living in different countries. The shipping price will be higher if not located in the US.

Return Policy

Thanks for purchasing our products at Isabella Ardell. We offer a full money-back guarantee for all purchases EXCEPT ARDELL MAGAZINE PRODUCTS made on our website. If you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased from us, you can get your money back no questions asked. You are eligible for a full reimbursement within 14 calendar days of your purchase. After the 14-day period you will no longer be eligible and won't be able to receive a refund. We encourage our customers to try the product (or service) in the first two weeks after their purchase to ensure it fits your needs.
